Returns & Exchange 

As a small brand, we do not accept returns, replacement or exchange of the product . Each item is made to order, and we appreciate your understanding as we focus on minimizing waste and maintaining sustainable practices. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re happy to help resolve it.

Important: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, we strongly advise refusing to accept the package. Once accepted, we cannot guarantee eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refund 

Refunds are available for products that are mismatched or damaged, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Eligibility: Submit a verifiable unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the product
  2. Video Requirements: The unboxing video must clearly show the product's condition, highlighting any damage or discrepancies.
  3. Submission: Send the unboxing video to supportamaso@gmail.com for our team to review.


Refund Process:

  1. Review: Our support team will review the unboxing video to verify the reported issues. 
  2. Approval: If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process. 
  3. Issuance: The refund amount will be credited within 7-10 days to the original payment method.
  4. Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Conditions for Refund:

  1.   An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.
  2.   Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
